Functional Movement Massage and Kinetic Chain Rebalancing is a method of evaluating and reducing any musculoskeletal challenges prohibiting kinetic energy from traveling from heel strike up to and out of the head and shoulders, while walking or running. Clients learn to identify and understand how kinetic energy travels up the body through movement, while the practitioner opens and clears the joints for optimal range of motion, as well as the muscular imbalances that are reinforcing the client’s common pain patterns.
