Overview

META MVMT™ (Mindfulness, Education, Transformation, and Awareness) is a perfect compliment to bodywork, and specifically the Myofacial Ten Series, as they help to stabilize and reinforce the work; thereby, further allowing one to think, speak, and move from the core. These challenging online movement classes are based on the three dimensional strength & stability training philosophy of Dr. Ida Rolf’s principals of structural integration.

How to Prepare

Please have a yoga mat or rug to lie on and wear workout clothes
